Elevation Design dress made in the summer of 2022, and worn at World’s in Montreal in 2023. Black velvet with black, red, and white Celtic embroidery with hundreds of Swarovski crystals. Arms are sheer black and are filled with more crystals. Dancer is a petite, athletic, 5’3 World recaller. Comes with a matching crown. We can gladly provide more pictures and measurements as needed.
